Do you accept returns?

Most of our items are handmade, one-of-a-kind couture pieces created to order.
For this reason, custom corsets, jackets, and bespoke garments are non-returnable – please make sure to review and confirm your design carefully before we begin production.

However, we do accept returns for selected small items, such as earrings, keyrings, and bookmarks, provided they are returned unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
We do not accept returns on worn garments – this is to ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards for all our clients.

How long does shipping take?

  • Ready-to-ship items: usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Made-to-order garments (corsets, jackets, shirts): shipping times vary depending on the design process. We will update you during each step (design approval → creation → dispatch).

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, so you can follow your package worldwide.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship from the UK to customers worldwide.

  • EU & US: Tracked delivery options available

  • Rest of the world: please contact us for shipping details

Customs duties or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

How do I order a custom corset?

Our couture corsets are created individually for each client. The process looks like this:

  1. Contact us with your idea, inspirations, or event date.

  2. We prepare a design sketch and fabric/embroidery proposal.

  3. Once approved, we start creating your corset, keeping you updated with progress.

  4. The final piece is carefully packaged and shipped directly to you.

Slots for custom commissions are limited each year – if you’d like one, please book in advance.

What materials do you use?

Each piece is made using premium fabrics and hand embroidery techniques.
We work with:

  • Silk, cotton, and high-quality blends

  • Glass beads, sequins, and crystals

  • Hand-dyed threads and couture embroidery methods

Our focus is always on sustainability, slow fashion, and durability.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes – many of our small accessories (keyrings, earrings, bookmarks) come in gift-ready packaging.
For larger items, we can prepare special wrapping upon request. Please leave us a note at checkout or contact us directly.
